The Ballentine has a very active Resident Council. A meeting of residents is held each month at which ideas, concerns, and upcoming council projects are discussed. The meetings are led by the resident council president, Max Magnussen, who was elected by his fellow residents.
We encourage the residents to be involved and active—after all, this is their home!
