After their workout, one of our Activities Assistants leads residents into a discussion of the current events printed in the Virginian Pilot. This is a great way for residents to stay on top of the news and socialize.
From there on, there are a number of things to do around The Ballentine—from nickel bingo and bridge games, to painting classes in our sunny solariums; from sing-a-longs, to group word games— our residents can maintain the active lives they lived before they retired.
